Light switching: The bottom of the sealing ring adopts a spring design, so that the sealing ring and the valve core are tightly hugged together, and it is very light when switching.

Precautions for the use of Festo switch valves include:
Pressure control: Negative pressure should be avoided during use to prevent the fluoroplastic lining layer in the inner cavity of the valve from being sucked out or peeled off, causing the valve to open or close.
Temperature control: The medium temperature should not exceed 150℃, and the long-term use temperature should be around 120℃, otherwise the valve parts are easy to soften and deform, resulting in leakage.
Medium conditions: The medium should not contain hard particles, crystals, impurities, etc., so as not to wear the fluorine lining layer or bellows of the valve core and valve seat.
Maintenance: Regularly check and clean the valve to ensure that there is no contamination from impurities such as metal debris, fiber, grease, etc.
